What time do the buses typically leave the WDW resorts going to the Disney Cruise port? I would like to make breakfast reservations for Chef Mickey's on our "switch" day of our Land/Sea Disney vacation, but don't know what time the bus leaves.

    Ahoy Nicole!
Welcome to the Moms Panel!  A land and sea Disney vacation sounds just wonderful, and  I know you will find phenomenal service  and accommodations at both the Walt Disney World Resort and on Disney Cruise Line!
I wish I knew the exact time you can expect the Disney Cruise Line ground transportation to pick you up for your trip over to the port, but pickups times vary from cruise to cruise.  It all depends on where cruise Guests have chosen to stay pre-cruise.  Usually you don't find out your exact pick-up time until the day before your sailing or possibly when you check-in to your resort.  I can tell you that Guest pick-up is usually between 10:00am-12:00pm with luggage pick-up around 8:00am.
Chef Mickey's begins serving breakfast at 7:00am so if you go early enough you may be able to pull it off.  I'm not sure if you are staying at the Contemporary, but your travel time to the hotel also should be taken into consideration.
I wish I could have been more help, Nicole.  Please let me know if I can help you further before your surf and turf begins!
    Have a magical day!
