What time do bags have to be at bell services at all Star sports to be transported to Southwest?

Greetings, Allie, and thanks for allowing planDisney to "unpack" this question for you. Sorry, but I love a good pun! I suspect you might be at Walt Disney World Resort now, so let's look at getting your bags where they need to go on departure day.

Airport Luggage Transfer is a new benefit for select Disney Resort Hotel guests flying on Southwest Airlines® through Orlando International Airport (MCO). I double-checked, and Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is participating in the pilot program, so I'm thrilled you can use this fabulous service!

On your check-out day, it is recommended that you have your bags at the Luggage Assistance counter by 1:00 a.m. for flights departing MCO before 9:00 a.m. My tip is to drop them off the night before so you don't have to interrupt your beauty sleep!

For flights departing after 9:00 a.m., the recommendation is to drop off your luggage four hours before your flight, or no later than 1:00 p.m., whichever comes first.

Please note that Luggage Assistance is available daily from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and is typically in or around the resort lobby.

You should be able to track your bags through the link in your confirmation email, and remember to bring a valid photo ID when you drop them off. They'll take great care of your precious cargo!

During your stay, I hope you gobble some grub at the End Zone Food Court. My family loves grabbing a quick breakfast here; our favorites are the Avocado Breakfast Bowl and the Mickey-shaped Waffles. I mean, you can't go wrong if it's shaped like the mouse!

Allie, I hope you make magical memories on your vacation. Thanks for letting planDisney do the "heavy lifting!"

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
