How much time should we allow for travel if we are at one park or resort and we have a dinner reservation at another park or resort?

Hi, Lee!  I like to allow one hour travel time to go from one park or resort to another park or resort.  It doesn't always take that long, but you want to arrive at least a few minutes prior to your reservation, and if you are having to wait a few minutes on a bus, the minutes add up quickly.

The only time I think you can go with a lower estimate of time is if you are traveling between monorail resorts and theme parks.  It doesn't take quite as long to get from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary (and you can walk between the two in about 10 minutes), or EPCOT and the Polynesian, but even if you arrive a little early for a dinner reservation, it gives you a chance to freshen up from your day at the theme park with a visit to the restroom, and you might have the opportunity to do a little window shopping and browsing through a different resort.  That's part of the fun for me going to Walt Disney World!

    Have a great time!
