    HI moms we have tight budget for snacks and trying to watch how much we indulge at HS and MK, but i was wondering if i could get some info on any unique treats we should lookout for while touring Epcot WSC. We are foodies and like to try different foods.

    Janette,

    A food question? COUNT ME IN!

    So one of the things I love to do with my wife is eat a meal by just sampling a little here and a little there. We love to split things. But the cost can EXPLODE if you don't watch yourself.

    I find that something from the more 'out-in-the-open' stands is more expensive. So pick carefully. Here are some tips;

    Sommerfest (Germany) is good, and the food is hearty, but the frankfurters can be on the more expensive side. Instead I would recommend going to Boulangerie Patisserie (France) for the croissants, both savory sandwiches and the sweeter variety too.

    Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe (Norway) is another place to go where prices are a bit more moderate.

    There are some places that seem more expensive, but if you pick wisely the amount of food make them hidden deals. Tangierine Cafe (Morocco) looks pricey, but you get A LOT for your money there if you buy the platters. On the other hand, the Katsura Grill (Japan) is high in cost, but the portions don't seem that notable, so avoid it.

    Last hidden gem for now. Try going into the Mitsukoshi Department Store (Japan). They have a food section in the back. You can find some amazingly odd, and occasionally fairly priced packaged foods there worth considering.

    I hope that this gives you a start? Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
