Hi Daniela and welcome to
planDisney! I’m so sorry to hear that you need to change the dates of your visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t worry. I’m happy to help you figure out how to move around the dates for your theme park tickets.
First, I suggest logging in to your
My Disney Experience account on your home computer. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to your desired date. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at +001 (407) 827-7146 or send an email to the Resort with the
details on this link.
It’s important to remember, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.
If your tickets have expired or you can no longer see them on your My Disney Experience account, I promise, they aren’t lost! You can still use them, but there are a few steps to take to get them back on your account.
Send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just
link that number to your My Disney Experience account and assign those tickets to guests in your party. You will have a new expiration date and plenty of time to plan your next vacation!
Daniela, I hope I’ve been helpful! If you have any other planning questions, you can always visit us here or at

¡Hasta pronto!
