I got my tickets and I have the wrong Child  on it but the other child has it what do I do. Or does it matter?

    Hello Gilena,

I do recommend you reassign your tickets to the proper child, so as to not cause any confusion once you arrive.

Simply sign in to your My Disney Experience account and select My Reservations and Tickets.  A list of your Family/Friends will appear along with the tickets assigned to each individual Guest. To the far right, highlighted in blue, is Reassign Ticket, select this option and choose the Guest you wish to reassign to. Repeat this process with your other child and Salagoodola mechicka bola, Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, Put them together and what have you got? You have reassigned your ticket to the correct child.

If you need further assistance, contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-7523 or visit a Ticket Window at any of the Walt Disney World theme parks.

If can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
