MY tickets won't link so I can't make a reservation to the parks

Welcome to planDisney, Mario! I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble linking your tickets. I’m happy to help.

I would try to link my tickets on a computer. I’ve sometimes had trouble linking my tickets using my cell phone. When you visit this site, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to link just about any kind of reservation to your My Disney Experience account. If you try this link and it doesn’t work for you, your best bet is to reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277. They will be happy to help you.

Once your tickets are linked, you can make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. When you log on to your My Disney Experience account, click on “My Plans” and then you will see a task bar with kind of a checklist of things you should do before your visit. Just click on the circle that says “Park Reservations.” Choose your date and select the park you’d like to enjoy. All done!

Mario, if you have plans to visit EPCOT, you will be in for a big treat! The Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is so fun! I love seeing all the beautiful topiaries around the park! “The Three Caballeros” topiary with Donald Duck, Jose Carioca and Panchito Pistoles is one of my favorites! You won't want to miss the outdoor kitchens. Make sure you take a look at the Disney Parks Blog before your visit, to get a sneak peek at the menus.

I hope I’ve been helpful. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to come back to see us. You can also follow us on Instagram for a look at the planDisney family's experiences and tips for when you're at the theme parks.

    Have a magical visit!
