To put those magical theme park tickets to good use in October, there are a few steps you need to take. The whole process starts with an email to a Cast Member with ticket services.
Send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will get back to you with the next step. They may send a new confirmation number, or they will send you a credit you can use to purchase new theme park tickets. Then you start the process of making
Disney Park Pass reservations and plan the rest of your magical vacation!
