I have 2 tickets that are unused and expire 12/31/2018, can I renew or get a new expiration date and not lose my $?

    Howdy William!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   All of the panelist would like to thank you for stopping by our happy little site to ask a question about your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets.   It's my pleasure to help answer your question today.

William as I don't have your ticket in my hand and can't see the exact restrictions on it, I can't give a perfect answer, but I will give you the answer that happens in most cases.   As long as your tickets have not been used at all,  even if it expires,  you will be able to apply the price of that ticket to a new ticket purchase when you return to Walt Disney World.   The new tickets must be of the same value or higher than the tickets you currently have.  You will not be given a refund, but will be able to pay just the difference in price from the old ticket to the new one you plan on purchasing.   These exchanges must be done in person at Walt Disney World.  You can exchange at any Guest Relations window at a Theme Park or Disney Springs.  William, if you have used any days on those tickets at all to enter a theme park the original expiration date of  12/31/18 would apply and you could not exchange them.

I hope this helps.  If I can assist you with anything else.  Please let me know.  It's always fun to help out a fellow Guest.
