Welcome to planDisney, Samantha!
Samantha, I am so sorry that your trips were canceled. I had to cancel a few of my own last year and I know how disappointing it was!
The amount that you paid for your
theme park ticket is never lost, although you may have to pay the difference between a theme park ticket today versus how much your ticket originally cost.
If your ticket is still showing up in your
My Disney Experience Account you can simply select your ticket, and click "Change Ticket." Once you do this, you will be able to select your new dates and pay the difference, if applicable.
Samantha, if your ticket is no longer showing up in your My Disney Experience Account, or if you do not have the "Change Ticket" option, you will need to call for help. The friendly
ticketing Cast Members can be reached at (407) 566-4985 and will be able to get your fixed up in a jiffy!
It has been my experience that hold times have recently been a little longer than normal, so I recommend calling first thing in the morning.
Oh and, Samantha, do not forget to make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations! These reservations are required for entry, and they do sell out, so I recommend doing this as soon as you change your ticket date.
I just know you will have a magical time, Samantha!
See you real soon!
Sarah B.
