    Hi, we have tickets that are set to expire at the end of December but looking at the calendar I don’t think we will be able to use them (I have a new job and don’t have a lot of flexibility). What happens to them if we cannot use them, is the money gone?

    Please don't worry! If you aren't able to use those theme park tickets before they expire, they can act as a credit toward the purchase of new theme park tickets when you are ready to plan a visit. Make sure to have your receipt handy when you reach out to a Cast Member at (714) 781-4636. When those tickets do expire, they will be able to help you!

    Don't forget to keep an eye out for Special Offers for early next year. Mickey and his friends offer promotions on Disneyland Resort hotel stays and theme park tickets often! You never know if an offer might coincide with the dates of your next stay!
