Hi there, Kristine!
I'm elated to hear you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth! No matter when you visit, you're sure to find so much to do at Walt Disney World Resort! I do recommend, if you can, to take a day in between your magical vacation to rest and take it slow. Playing miniature golf is a great activity during this time!
Hooray for the extra options available to you through your
Theme Park Tickets. As you may know, DWWS is the
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. I visited it during my first runDisney race, and it looks like an incredible space for a sports enthusiast. You can explore it if there is an event going on; however, I'd recommend playing a friendly game of mini-golf!
Walt Disney World Resort offers two enjoyable courses to choose from. You'll find
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf spreads holiday cheer during your merry vacation. It's said that Santa Claus, himself, designed the course, so you know it'll be extraordinary!
My panelist friends and I got to enjoy a game at
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf not too long ago, and we were laughing until we were in tears because of how terrible, I mean, awesome, I am at the game of mini-golf. But I'm proof you do not have to be great (or even remotely good) at mini-golf to have a magical time! If you grew up enjoying Disney's classic animated film
Fantasia, you're sure to love the whimsy of this course as it features tutu-clad hippos, marching broomsticks, and pirouetting ostriches.
Whichever course you decide to experience, I'm happy to tell you that walk-ups are welcome, and you do not have to make reservations unless you want to. You'll find the phone number listed on their web pages should you wish to make reservations for your visit.
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Kristine!
