Do I have to use my tickets right away after I link them

    Welcome to planDisney, Sally!

It sounds like you are making plans to return to the magic soon.  How exciting!  My family is also counting down the days until our visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.  We have a vacation planned for this summer and I cannot wait to see Mickey Mouse and all his pals again!

When I received my family's theme park tickets, I immediately linked them to our My Disney Experience account.  Doing this does not require you to use your tickets right away but will allow you to start making plans such as Disney Park Pass and advance dining reservations.

If you selected specific dates that you plan to visit the theme parks when you purchased the tickets, you will want to use them on that day along with your Disney Park Pass reservation or modify your dates if your plans change.  You will also want to pay attention to any expiration date that your tickets may be subject to, as this will be the date you must use the tickets by, regardless of when you link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  If you have a MagicBand linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to use that to enter the parks and you can leave your tickets at home!

I hope you'll stop by planDisney if you have any additional questions, Sally.  We love to help you plan a practically perfect visit!

    See ya real soon!  Angie
