    I have tickets and reservations but I am unable to attend these days, how long are my tickets for?

    I am sorry to hEAR you are unable to make it to The Most Magical Place On Earth but am happy to pass along some information to prepare you for your next visit to Walt Disney World. 

    Guests who have purchased a Walt Disney World ticket, and can no longer visit on the dates they originally had planned, can use them toward the purchase of new tickets for a future visit. When the time is ready call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member about your ticket request. Or visit your My Disney Experience mobile app and message a Cast Member through the Chat With Us feature. This feature can be found by opening your app and selecting the MENU option in the lower right-hand corner. Then scroll down to the feature and begin your conversation.
