The best way I have found to get expired
theme park tickets back in action is by sending an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following information:
-A copy of the front and back of your tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
You should hear back from a Cast Member in a few days. Many times, the email will include a new confirmation number so that you can link your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. Once your tickets are linked, you are ready to start planning your next magical visit!
