Well now, we can’t have you missing four Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets, that definitely is not very Magical. I am assuming your tickets were once visible, in your
My Disney Experience profile, and now POOF. You need to call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member, who can take a look at your account and look back to see what has happened. Try to collect as much information as possible for a quicker resolution; purchase date, type of tickets, email you may have used, where they linked to your My Disney Experience profile, purchasing records, etc. Cast Members are currently dealing with a high volume of calls so be prepared for long hold times but they are ready to help.
