Hi Katrina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Whether or not you will be able to use the tickets you purchased last summer will depend upon what type of tickets they are, and when they were purchased. In October of 2018, a date-based ticket system was introduced. An unused multi-day
ticket purchased prior to October 16, 2018 should still be valid for use. If the tickets you purchased were part of a
Special Offer, such as the current
Summer One World Ticket, they may have expired. In most cases, the amount paid for an unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price. If you have linked your tickets to a
My Disney Experience account, you may be able to see if your tickets are showing as valid under "Tickets & Passes."
Since I have no way of knowing what specific type of tickets you have, I recommend
calling a helpful Cast Member for assistance at (407) 566-4985. They will be able to let you know what your options are. Be sure to have the tickets on hand when you call so you can provide the Cast Member with ticket numbers or other information.
I hope that helps! With so many
new and exciting things coming to Walt Disney World Resort, I do hope you will have the opportunity to visit this summer! Please visit the Moms Panel again if you have any additional questions.
