When you purchase your
theme park tickets through the Disneyland Resort, they have an
expiration date that is typically between 1-2 years from the purchase date. Once those tickets expire, they are no longer usable but can be used towards the purchase of future park tickets.
Since it sounds like it's been a number of years since you purchased your tickets, I suspect those specific tickets have expired and you'll need to purchase new ones. However, as I mentioned, if these are standard park tickets that you purchased then you should be able to apply them toward the purchase of your new tickets for an upcoming visit.
To do this, you'll want to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line who will be able to look up the details of your previously purchased tickets and let you know what options you might have in purchasing new tickets.
