Your mileage may vary on the point about the upgrade cost. For example, earlier this month, I purchased a discounted ticket from GOVX. I just checked its eligibility for upgrade and what the cost would be. Sure enough, the "Change Ticket" button was available in the app. My ticket already has the Park Hopper option. So I checked to see how much it would cost to upgrade it from a 3-day ticket to a 4-day ticket. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cost to upgrade the ticket would still retain the discount that I received on the original ticket purchase. Perhaps you'll enjoy that same perk with your ticket when you upgrade it!Tony's Tip: To extend the magic for a year, eligible tickets may also be upgraded to a Magic Key pass.
