Do my tickets that I purchased for July include entering the park early?

Hi there, TJ! Welcome to planDisney. I love how we’re already thinking about starting our day off early for our upcoming park visit. As they say, the early bird gets the worm, or in this case, the first attraction of the morning!

With your ticket purchase, you are more than welcome to Rope Drop at the park you plan on visiting. If you were referring to "Magic Morning," this is no longer offered at the parks. However, Rope Drop is your next best option! With a toddler who likes to wake up at the crack of dawn every now and then, this is always a fun option to have. While the parks technically open up at 8:00AM, Rope Drop lets you in around 7:30AM giving you a head start into your park day.

Typically, you’ll find Guests lining up around 7:00 AM. I remember the last time we Rope Dropped a couple of months ago. We got in at around 7:24 AM and were walking down Main Street, U.S.A., by 7:34 AM.

Everyone always has a strategy for Rope Drop, and it’s usually unique to their family’s plans for the morning. Sometimes we’re eager to hit as many attractions in Fantasyland as possible, while other times we line up for the shops to open so we can be first to get a silhouette cutting or custom ornament. No matter what, we always enjoy the early morning start to our park day as we check off our must-do's.

TJ, thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I hope this information was helpful as you plan to Rope Drop in July. If you have any questions or need tips for planning out your morning, planDisney is here for you!
