Someone else purchased tickets for my family and I'm trying to load them to my disney experience how do I do that when all I have is the ticket conformation?

Hi there, Cheyanne!  You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

Linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account is as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo!  I'm happy to walk you through the process today.  Soon you'll be ready to experience all the Disney thrills during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

If you haven't already done so, you'll want to download the My Disney Experience mobile app.  Be sure that everyone in your travel party has a My Disney Experience profile.  You can do this by opening your app and clicking the three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen.  Scroll down and select "My Profile," then click on Family & Friends List.  Next, scroll down and choose "Add a Guest."  From there, you can follow the prompts to enter the information for the other members of your group.

Once everyone is listed under Family & Friends, you're ready to link your theme park tickets to your account.  In your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on those three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen.  You'll then need to select "Tickets and Passes."  Next, you'll want to click on "Link Tickets & Passes."  If you don't see this option at the top of your screen, click on the plus sign in the screen's upper-right corner to view additional options.  Once you've selected "Link Tickets & Passes," click on "Type ID."  Under the Admission Media heading, you can type in your theme park ticket confirmation number.  You can then follow the prompts to assign each ticket to a Guest from your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List.

If you run into any trouble with linking and assigning your theme park tickets, feel free to call the Help Center phone number for existing tickets, and a friendly Cast Member will be able to get everything sorted out for you.  Once that's all squared away, be sure to visit planDisney again with any additional planning questions that you might have.  My fellow panelists and I are all ears!  See ya real soon!
