If I have tickets and a place to stay how do i get just a dining plan? I can't seem to find any that aren't attached to anything.

There are only two ways to purchase the Disney Dining Plan any way other than as part of a complete package with room and park tickets. One is to be an annual pass holder and one is to be a Disney Vacation Club member. I get the impression from your question that you are neither of these. So, unfortunately, there is no way for you to get a dining plan. Don't worry though, you can still eat anywhere you want, you'll just need to pay for it on a per meal basis. If you're not a big eater, then it might work out better for you this way anyway.

Hope you have a great trip!
