    Hiya, Terry! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to see that you'll be heading to Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! Can you believe that you'll be walking right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A. soon?! But before we get you immersed in the magic, let's put the finishing touches on your reservation!

What a great question! Yes - you need to have both Theme Park Tickets and Theme Park Reservations booked through the Disney Park Pass system! This is the best way to make sure you reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. Take a peek at the Theme Park Availability Calendar to see which parks are available to you. Since there's limited availability, I'd suggest making these reservations as soon as you're able to!

Terry, if your desired parks are unavailable for any of the days during your trip, never fear! I would recommend booking the parks that are available first. However, to make sure that you are able to visit everything your heart wishes, you may want to consider upgrading your tickets to the Park Hopper Option. This will allow you to tap into the park you have a reservation for first, then you can hope to any park after 2 PM subject to availability. In my experience, I've never had any issues hopping to my desired parks, but if any parks reach capacity, you'll be notified through your My Disney Experience app.

In order to view your parks tickets online, log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you'll be able to view all of your Theme Park Tickets and which Guest they're assigned to! To view your tickets through the My Disney Experience app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap Tickets and Passes, then swipe through the Theme Park Tickets listed at the top of your screen.

Speaking of the My Disney Experience app, be sure to take some time to download and explore this app prior to your trip! A little like your own magic wand, this will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You can view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even mobile order food. This way, you know your Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken-Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom Park will be ready and waiting for you right when you want it!

Terry, I hope every day of your magical vacation is the BEST. DAY. EVER! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. Remember: you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
