    Hey there, Leonard!

I am thrilled that you stopped by to see us here at planDisney.

Like Winnie the Pooh, I am always misplacing things. But to visit everyone's favorite silly bear at the Hundred Acre Wood, you will need to make sure that your Disney Park Pass system reservations are stuck like honey in your My Disney Experience Account

Bounce over to the Walt Disney World Resort website and click on "My Disney Experience" on the right-hand side of the screen. Once you do this, it will prompt you to log in. Enter your email address and click the "Need Help Logging In?" link. Here you will be able to reset your password.

Once you get your password reset, you can scroll down to see your Disney Park Pass system reservations for EPCOT. You can then click "Tickets & Memory Maker" to make sure that your tickets are correctly assigned to your party members.

If you have any trouble logging in once you reset your password, give the friendly Website Support Cast Members a call at (407) 939-4357. They will be able to get you out of this sticky situation!

I hope that this helped, Leonard. Bounce on back here to planDisney if we can help you decide where to play, stay, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort!

    Ta-Ta-For-Now!
