Welcome to planDisney, Barbara! Planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation should be a stress-free process. However, sometimes, things don't go as I originally intended, and I look a little like Donald Duck, pitching a fit and bouncing in place while flaunting my fists (let's keep that little secret between us)! Hopefully, I can offer you a suggestion so you can finish your planning and get on with your packing.
Depending on if you bought your tickets directly through Disney or from a third-party company, there may be a number of reasons why you are getting the "Tickets Pending" message. In my experience, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to get a confirmation email. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that you've received yours by now. If not, the only option would be to reach out to the Walt Disney World ticketing team (407) 939-7679, and they can pull up your
My Disney Experience account and your transaction history. I understand that the wait times can get long, so I recommend calling as soon as the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST. You may still incur a hold, but it will be much shorter than if you call in the middle of the day.
Once you get your theme park tickets
linked, you'll want to grab those
Disney Park Pass Reservations. Check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar for your desired dates and theme parks. Definitely include the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in your touring plans! I love taking pictures of the
topiaries, especially the ones of Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy. Another can't-miss experience is Bambi's Butterfly House; it's very serene and beautiful!
I hope your trip is blooming with fun, Barbara!
