Hi! We have tickets and park reservations starting May 5th! We arrive in Orlando the evening of May 4th. Are we able to pick up our tickets at will call on May 4 so that we can upload and link everything to our app?

    Hi Erica!  Welcome to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in just a few days!  I'm sure you must be so excited to take part in The World's Most Magical Celebration.  I'm glad to hear you are all set with your tickets and Disney Park Pass reservations.  Now, you'll just need a way to scan the tickets you've purchased and linked to your My Disney Experience account for entry into the theme parks.  You have a few options:

    • A MagicBand.  This is the most convenient method for me.  If you happen to have MagicBands from a previous visit, you can reuse them with your current tickets.  If not, MagicBands are available for purchase in many retail locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
    • A ticket card.  You are welcome to pick up ticket cards at any theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location on the evening of May 4th.  Usually, my family heads to Disney Springs on our arrival day, so I'll take care of any ticketing issues then at the Disney Ticket Center.
    • A Disney MagicMobile pass.  With Disney MagicMobile service, you can create a digital pass through the My Disney Experience mobile app and save it to the digital wallet on your smart device.  If any of your party members have their own My Disney Experience account, they should create their own pass on their device.  If you manage the profiles for Family & Friends, you can create Disney MagicMobile passes for everyone and then swipe through the passes on your device to enter the park.  You can create your Disney MagicMobile passes before leaving home, saving you the extra stop at will call.

All three methods are interchangeable, so you can use whichever is most convenient for you at the moment.

I hope that helps!  If you need any additional information or have questions, please feel free to come back to planDisney again anytime.  Have a wonderful vacation!
