I have tickets for park hopper tickets for December 29 and 30. Is it possible to add the 31st?

Hi Stacey! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

I have good news for you! You should be able to upgrade to an additional day, so long as the cost of the 3-day ticket is more than your original ticket. To do so, I suggest you call the Tickets phone line to speak with a helpful Cast Member, who can assist you. You'll have to pay the difference and prices and terms may have changed since your original ticket purchase. Have your method of payment ready to go: Credit, debit, and Disney Gift Cards are all conveniently accepted.

Guests need both a valid ticket and a theme park reservation to enter the parks at this time. Before you add your additional day of fun, please check the theme park reservation availability calendar. Currently, only Disney California Adventure Park is available. With Park Hopper, you'll start your day in that park and hop over to Disneyland Park later. It is also possible Disneyland Park may occasionally reach capacity, meaning you'd need to wait until other Guests leave to enter. Hopefully, you won't experience that, but if you do, the wait should be temporary. However, I'd make the hop sooner rather than later that day!

You'll also probably need to rebook your existing theme park reservations. Let the Cast Member on the phone know about your existing reservations. If they can't reconfirm them, you can do so online. Make those selections as soon as possible. While your preferred park days are still available for both parks, this could change quickly as Guests make their plans for a festive conclusion to this year. To make theme park reservations online, click "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and follow the onscreen prompts.

Did you ask for Disney Gift Cards for the holidays? I did! They're not only great for purchasing tickets, but you can also put them towards your Disneyland Resort Hotel stay, merchandise and dining in the parks, and for your online after-the-holidays shopping spree at the Disney Store. Plus, they don't expire, so you can hold on to that partially used card for the future. I've got mine ready to go for our upcoming visit in a couple of days to explore the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort.

And that's my final question of the year, Stacey. It's been a pleasure helping you and other Guests here during my magical time at planDisney.

    Cheers!
