Hello, Colleen!
Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’re gearing up for an incredibly fun day at the Disneyland Resort later this year. I want to tag along!
The
Lightning Lane Premier Pass is such a great option because it lets Guests experience many attractions once without locking into a specific return time. I love the flexibility it offers! Since Premier Pass (like Multi Pass) is tied to your regular theme park ticket, it most likely won't work after using an
Oogie Boogie Bash ticket to enter Disney California Adventure Park. You can always give it a try and see what happens, but it most likely won't work, in my experience.
If you want to use Lightning Lanes in both theme parks, you could upgrade your ticket to a
Park Hopper (subject to availability). That said, there’s usually plenty of time to enjoy your favorite attractions during the event itself. Many Guests stay near the front of the park when they first arrive, which is why I always recommend starting in Pixar Pier. Here, you can hop on the
Incredicoaster or
Toy Story Midway Mania!, or begin trick-or-treating in that area (there are usually tons of candy stops!). Later in the evening, you can head to other popular attractions like
Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark or
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.
Oogie Boogie Bash is my absolute favorite special event! I try to prioritize unique experiences, such as wandering through
Villains Grove (simply breathtaking!) and checking out the new
Madame Leota's Swinging Wake - A Haunted Mansion Street Party. Of course, I also love interacting with the villains along the
treat trails. During my last Oogie Boogie Bash, I even got to chat with my favorite villain, Madam Mim. She was deliciously evil!
Keep in mind that Premier Passes can be purchased in the
Disneyland app up to 7 days before your visit, starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time. They’re usually released in very limited quantities, so I suggest having the app open and ready right at launch time!
Colleen, have a spooktacular time during your visit to Disneyland! We hope to see you real soon.
Seasons Screamings!
