Can can my "tickets" online, but where and when do we get our tickets to get in the park?

    Hiya, Colin! Welcome to planDisney!

Soon you will be headed to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I could not be more excited for you! Magic is sure to be waiting for you around every corner and you'll be just in time to experience The World's Most Magical Celebration. Be sure to make some time to check out the Beacons of Magic in each of the parks, and you can also explore and discover the golden statues of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection!

Colin, once you purchase your Theme Park Tickets, they should be connected to your My Disney Experience account. Let's double-check to make sure they're linked properly! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you should see the tickets for you and your travel party. Ta-da! Colin, your tickets are linked to your account!

While you won't receive paper tickets, there are a few different ways you can access your tickets for the parks. If you have purchased a MagicBand, this will automatically be linked with your park tickets. You'll tap your MagicBand when you enter the gates of the park and will enter... well, like magic!

If you didn't purchase a MagicBand, Hakuna Matata! No worries! You can use the MagicMobile Service. Log into your My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap Disney MagicMobile. Follow the prompts to set up your MagicMobile pass, then add this pass to your smart device's digital wallet.

However, if you still enjoy the feel of a tangible ticket in your hand, you have one more option available to you! If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can ask the Cast Member at the front desk for a Key to the World Card. These work similarly to MagicBands, linking to your reservations and tickets.

Since we're talking about your travel plans, make sure you have also made Theme Park Reservations! This is the best way to make sure you've reserved the parks you wish to visit on the days of your trip. Also, take some time to explore the My Disney Experience app. This is a little like holding a magic wand in your hand! While on vacation, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions and even mobile order food. As someone who is constantly snacking, this feature is invaluable to me! My meals are always ready before I even feel a rumbly in my tumbly.

Colin, I hope I was able to help you with your tickets. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
