Emily, if you have unused tickets, you absolutely can transfer tickets to members of your Friends and Family List. I would call the Disneyland Ticket Office at (714) 781-4636, or reach out to the Disneyland Technical Support Office at (714) 520-6222, and see what steps you will need to take to make this transfer happen. Please make sure to tell your friends receiving these tickets to make their theme park pass reservations once the transfer is complete so that they can enter the theme parks.
