I have 3 tickets that are old and I need to know if they are good and how many days are left on them

    Heigh-Ho Vicki,

Planning a Walt Disney World visit is an exciting time and Guests who have unused Walt Disney World tickets are able to use them towards future visits. Because your tickets are older you will need to contact a Cast Member for assistance in transferring the value of the older tickets towards the newer tickets. Depending on when you want to visit I would either call (407) 934-7639 or email WDW Guest Services-Ticket Usage. If you are hoping to arrive in a couple of weeks I suggest calling.  Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m., and I highly advise you to call as close to that time because wait times are quite long. Be sure to have the 12-Digit Ticket ID numbers ready for a Cast Member to reference. Another option, if you are in no rush, is composing an email to ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com with the following information:

    >Your Name

    >Phone Number to be reached

    >Purchase Confirmation Number or all the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers

    >Purchaser's Name

    >Where and When the tickets were purchased

    >Form of payment at the time of purchase

    >Your request to purchase new tickets and the time frame you are looking to return

A Cast Member will reach out to you about your request and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo prepare you for your return to Walt Disney World. Continue to reach out to us with any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries you may have and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips.

We look forward to Welcoming You Home,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
