Ka-Chow Carleen! And welcome to planDisney!
I’m so glad to hEAR you’re gEARing up to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! There’s nothing quite like stepping into the tunnels that lead you to a world of magic and fantasy. The joyful music you hear playing as you walk down Main Street, U.S.A., see the smiling faces around you light up as everyone gets that first glimpse of
Cinderella Castle glistening just a few steps away; ah, Carleen, I am getting all excited just thinking about it for you!
Carleen, if you opted to have your theme park tickets emailed to you, you have three awesome choices in how to enter the theme parks! But first, I do hope you’ve made your
Disney Park Pass reservations since those are required along with your tickets to enter the parks!
You can choose to pick up your theme park tickets at the Will Call windows; these are located at the entrance of every theme park. To do this, just bring your I.D., the payment method used, and your barcode. You will only have to do this once at the beginning of your trip.
You can also use a
MagicBand, even one from a previous vacation! With your MagicBand, you won’t have to stop to pick up your tickets since those will be linked to your account with your tickets.
You can also use the
Disney MagicMobile service! Guests using iPhones, Apple Watches, and Google-Pay enabled Androids can set up the pass using the
My Disney Experience Mobile app and link the passes to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay. This is a great contactless option, and you can set up multiple family members' passes on the same device.
Follow these steps to set up the Disney MagicMobile service on your device:
-Log into your My Disney Experience Mobile App
-Select the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner
-Click on Disney MagicMobile Pass
-Select “Set Up Your Pass”
-It will allow you to choose the people you’d like to set up the pass for (These are from your Family & Friends list, so be sure everyone is connected there)
-Select the style of the pass
-Confirm your selection and then select “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Google Pay.”
-Once you press “Done,” you’re all set!
When you arrive at the turnstiles at the theme park entrance, you can pull up the pass from your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and scan it like you would your MagicBand.
Have a
wheely enchanting time, Carleen!
