My tickets are not saving to my apple wallet

Hi Sarah, and welcome to planDisney! I’m excited to hear that you’ll be walking down Main Street, U.S.A., decorated with BOO-tiful Mickey pumpkins, in just a few weeks. So let’s make sure you’re all set with your tickets!

I chatted with a couple of my fellow panelists from the U.K. to try and figure out what might be happening. If you’re looking at your tickets in the My Disney Experience app and the Save to Wallet option towards the bottom of the screen is greyed out, you may need to wait until your arrival date for the tickets to activate (which will happen automatically). This is often the case for Magic Tickets that were purchased as part of a package (tickets and hotel room) for U.K. residents. Once your magical Disney day is here, the Save to Wallet option should be available to select. If you’re having any issues, a Cast Member at your Disney Resort hotel or at Guest Relations would be happy to help!

In the meantime, you can set up Disney MagicMobile Service for your account and anyone else’s profile that you manage through My Disney Experience. In the app, go to ☰ in the lower right corner and then scroll down to Set Up MagicMobile Entry (under Account). Press the + symbol in the top right corner and follow the prompts to create a Pass. Any tickets, Disney Resort hotel reservations, memberships, and passes linked to your My Disney Experience account will be connected.

Now, let’s talk about your upcoming visit! As you’re counting down the days until your magical holiday, be sure to check out Disney Parks Blog’s foodie guide for the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. I’m excited that many of my favorites are back, like the Roasted Lamb Chop with mint pesto at the Australia booth and the Smoked Duck Bao Bun at the China booth. And I can’t wait to try all of the new offerings. The Remy Milk Shake at Sunshine Seasons looks too cute to eat!

Safe travels to Florida, and I hope you have the most pixie-dusted holiday ever! If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney.
