We have tickets to MVMCP and do not have park hopper. Can we go to another park (Epcot) in the morning and still be able to get into MK at night for the party?

    Hi there, Stephanie!

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is what we like to call a hard ticket event. This basically means that the ticket you purchase to go to the Magic Kingdom theme park to attend the event is a ticket that is completely separate from your regular theme park tickets. No matter what kind of ticket you purchased to enjoy the theme parks for the rest of  your vacation, those tickets are totally unrelated to the tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party.

If Epcot is on your agenda for the day, you can still go to Epcot. You will not need a park hopper pass to then switch to the Magic Kingdom later in the afternoon for the party. As long as you have your ticket for the Christmas party, you are good to go.

My favorite part of the party is the Once Upon a Time Christmas Parade. I get goose bumps every time the toy soldiers come marching down Main Street. I always go to the second parade. It always seems a bit less crowded to me.

Have a magical, Merry Christmas experience!
