We have tickets for the Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party in Oct. The ticket says the event begins at 7pm, but I've heard from friends that you can enter early (like 4:00). Is this true? We don't want to show up and be locked out for 3 hours!

    Hi Meghan,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Halloween is my absolute favorite time of year to visit Walt Disney World and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is simply spook-tacular!

The official hours for the event are 7:00 p.m.-midnight, but it's true that Guests with party tickets have been allowed in as early as 4:00 p.m. in the past.  I've heard that this is true again this year, so I think it's safe to plan your arrival accordingly.  In fact, it's a great way to maximize your time in the park and get a few extra hours of villianous fun.

Be sure to grab a Guide Map for the party when you arrive so you can plan out your "must dos."  I'd definitely recommend Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade - it's my all-time favorite parade at Walt Disney World!

Wishing you a frighteningly good time, Meghan!  Please write back if we can help answer any other questions.
