    How much are tickets for the very merry Christmas party? What exactly is this party & what does your ticket include? We are coming to Disney dec 7-14 & was looking into if this would be worth the cost. Thank you

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! Thank you so much for bringing us your questions.

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is my favorite special event at Walt Disney World. It is a specially ticketed event held in the Magic Kingdom on certain evenings in November and December. During the party, there is a special holiday parade, a holiday-themed presentation of Wishes and some fun treats such as snow falling on Main Street, U.S.A. and snicker doodles being served around the park.

    The cost varies from year-to-year. If you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog the party dates and ticket prices are typically published in May each year. Last year, that information was released on May 8.

    Each year MVMCP operates on a similar schedule to previous years with only slight deviations. Check out the 2013 announcement blog post to help you plan for 2014.
