Hi Brenda, and welcome to planDisney!
We’re Disney fans just like you who love helping other Guests plan their Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question for us!
Brenda, I’m so sorry you weren’t able to take your vacation. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy decision to make, especially when you were looking forward to a special trip with your granddaughter. While Disney’s official policy is that
theme park tickets are non-refundable, you can usually apply the cost of your unused tickets toward a future visit. Your best bet is to
call Disney’s Guest Relations at the Existing Tickets number, where a friendly Cast Member will walk through all of your options with you.
I hope you’ll be able to reschedule your visit very soon, Brenda! When you’ve selected a new date for your vacation, be sure to stop back by planDisney and check out our
Panel Extras page. That’s where we’ve collected some of our favorite tips and advice for planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, from choosing a Resort hotel to the dishes we absolutely must order when we visit. And of course, if you have any questions, we’ll be here for you every step of the way!
Hope to see ya again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
