Hi. We have tickets for May but I want to add the park hopper option. Can I do that before getting to the parks?

    Heigh-Ho Kristine

As your countdown brings your closer to The Most Magical Place on Earth it’s important to take this time and become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience mobile app, check Walt Disney World Theme Park times, initiate your Disney Resort Collection hotel online check-in, make a  list of your TOP MUST-DO attractions and even snacks (there are so many options), double-check advanced dining reservations, read over the Panel Extras, and finalize your itinerary. And many times modifying any changes can easily be done on your My Disney Experience mobile app.

One such modification is upgrading your Walt Disney World tickets to include the Park Hopper option. Through your My Disney Experience mobile app select the menu option in the lower right-hand corner. Next select Tickets & Passes, here you will see your tickets at the top of your screen, scroll to the first ticket you would like to change and select Change Ticket. Next, you will select or deselect from the Family & Friend List others you would like to change, next select Continue. To upgrade to the Park Hopper option select Ticket Type.  A list of upgraded options will appear and you will select Park Hopper option and continue through the check-out process to finalize your upgrade. And, finally, you are set to park hop during your stay at Walt Disney World. If you are having difficulty you can call (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member can help you out with upgrading.

Guests, with the Park Hopper option,  can begin park-hopping at 2:00 p.m. until the time the parks close. A Disney Park Pass reservation is only needed for the first park you are entering for the day and you MUST enter the park before park-hopping. Entrance into the park hopping parks is at the discretion of Walt Disney World in maintaining park capacity. Currently, Guests can check park availability on their My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling (407) 560-5000.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
