    We have tickets from March, 2020 that we weren't able to use due to COVID and it looks like they expire at the end of this month. What happens if we don't use our tickets before they expire?

    Hi Chelsea and welcome to planDisney

    Don’t worry at all if your theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort expire before you can use them. You will absolutely be able to use the value of those tickets toward the purchase of new tickets.   

    To be able to use the tickets, there are a few steps you need to take. Send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

    -Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets

    -Include your name

    -Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

    -Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used 

    A Cast Member will respond to your message in a few days and many times, their response will include a new confirmation number for your tickets. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and you will be ready to plan your next magical vacation!
