    I have my tickets linked to the Disney app, but there are shown in color yellow and I can’t add it to my Wallet nor check dinning availability. How can I see my tickets in the right way?

    I'm so sorry to hear you're unable to view your theme park tickets or dining availability on your My Disney Experience app. Sometimes Stitch can be mischievous and play tricks on the app when you're trying to access information on it outside of the United States.

    I suggest logging on to your My Disney Experience account on a webpage on your phone or on a home computer. If you're still unable to access your information on your account, please reach out to a Cast Member by calling (011) 5354-8119 or you can send an email to the Resort
