We have tickets to the Hoop Dee Do Musical Review at Fort Wilderness Resort and were planning on taking the boat over for the show from Magic Kingdom. Will we have enough time to catch the boat back to get to our car before they close at 8pm? Thnx.

    Joanne,

Well, it does depend on which showing that you are going to attend.

Obviously with the 5 pm show you would be out by 7. Getting to your car would be a breeze.

With the 7:15 show you are out around 9 or 9:15. Officially no, you would not be able to get to your car. In reality the transportation might get you there, but I would not chance it. Move your car over for this show, and most definitely move it if you have the 9:30 show.

I have been stranded at Walt Disney World after transportation ended before. Embarrassing but true. And while Disney is great at helping people out, it really can ruin the evening. So show 1, yes. Shows 2 or 3, move the car. Well worth the trouble!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
