I have tickets to the Halloween party on Halloween. If we get there 4pm can we get in the virtual queue for Tron? I know the virtual won’t work after 6pm.

Hey Howdy Hey Angela and welcome to planDisney!

Celebrating Halloween with Mickey and the gang at Mickey's Not-So-Scarry Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom is the perfect celebration. Not only will you have some exclusive Halloween Experiences during the party, but you will also have shorter wait times for many attractions in Magic Kingdom. Speaking of attractions, I have some good news and maybe not as good for your time in Magic Kingdom. Let's discuss it!

Earlier this fall, Disney announced that Tron Lighcycle / Run has moved away from using the Virtual Queue. Guests can now experience Tron with either the traditional stand-by queue or a Lightning Lane Single Pass option. Depending on your priorities with the party, you may want to wait until the party starts to get into the stand-by line. You will see the shortest wait times during the party as there will not be as many Guests in the park and many will be experiencing the fun of the party. If you do not want to miss the fun of the party, you can get in line around 4 PM so you can have your experience before the party starts!

While there is no bad seat on the attraction, I have one small tip for you. This experience at night in the front row is next-level Magical! If you can, request to be in the front row for your experience. The take-off is one of the best parts and in my opinion, at night, in the front row is the ultimate experience!

I hope this news helps you plan your day more efficiently during your day in Magic Kingdom. If you have any other questions please let us know, we are always happy to help!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
