    I have tickets that family members gave to me. They moved out of state. They were told they could give them away yet I can’t continue on the website after I put our names in because the names don’t match. How can I get these tickets to work for me?

To reassign a Theme Park ticket to another Guest, you would need to call Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. And as the lovable Aliens in Toy Story say, “We are eternally grateful,” for your patience, Daniel. You may have to wait on hold for a bit due to all the excitement, but a Cast Member will be happy to take care of your issue for you once you’re connected!
