Hi there, Kenia! We appreciate you bringing your question to planDisney. I'm happy to help!
According to
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, the amount paid for any wholly unused expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park ticket may be applied towards purchasing a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. If there is a price difference, you'll just be expected to pay for the increase. The best thing to do is to call
Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. You'll most likely need to buy new theme park tickets, and you'll be refunded for your expired ones. If you purchased them through a third-party broker, there might be different protocols, but the Ticketing Agents will be able to assist you. Before getting your new tickets, take a peek at the
Theme Park Availability Calendar. So far, the month of July looks pretty open, but you will want to make your
Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible.
Here's a planDisney tip: a few days before my trips, I like to check attraction wait times on the
Disneyland Mobile app to get a feel for how long the wait times are. This way, I can see if certain rides have an established pattern and plan my schedule around that. It's important to know where you're heading at rope drop!
Have a magical time, Kenia! If there's anything else we can do, remember that the planDisney Panel is all ears!
