    I have tickets to Disneyland from over a year ago and I was not able to go because of COVID. I have the confirmation number but when open the e-tickets it says the link is not found. When I try to link my tickets it does not let me use my confirmation #

    Hi Yuval and welcome to planDisney! I totally understand where you’re coming from and I’m happy to help you!

    Don't worry one bit, just contact a cast member with ticket services. They will most likely extend the dates you can use those tickets you purchased more than a year ago. Most of the tickets purchased in 2020 have been extended until December 16, 2021, giving you plenty of time to plan your magical vacation, now that Disneyland Resort is slated to reopen at the end of this month.

    Yuval, once you have squared away your tickets you will have to reserve the theme parks you'd like to visit. To do so, you can go ahead and make those Theme Park Reservations on the main Disneyland site or via your Disneyland app, right from your smartphone.
