Hiya Pedro!
It's nice to meet you! I'm sorry you've had some confusion about the tickets and theme park reservation process. Don't worry, we will figure it out!
You are correct that visitors to the theme parks need both a valid ticket and a
theme park reservation for each day of their visit. If you bought your
tickets on the Disneyland website then it's possible that you made your reservations during your purchase! You can check by signing into your account and visiting the
"Tickets and Reservation Details" page under "My Disneyland" in the top menu. If you see park reservations for your party then you're good to go!
If you purchased your tickets somewhere else then you need to link them to your account and make theme park reservations. You can do that by following these steps:
- Go to the "Link Tickets" webpage
- Enter the ID Number on your ticket (you can link up to five tickets at once)
- Click "Continue"
With your tickets linked to your account, you're ready to
make theme park reservations for your visit. Happily, it looks like there is
availability at both parks during your visit right now! So get those tickets linked and make your reservations soon, because I don't want you to miss out on the fun.
On my last visit to the parks, I was able to grab a shady spot near City Hall to watch the
"Magic Happens" Parade and I highly recommend it! There are plenty of great treats nearby (churros, popcorn, and ice cream...just to name a few) and my whole family really enjoyed the parade. Such a great variety of characters and really gorgeous floats! If you need a little break it's the perfect way to rest your feet and enjoy some great entertainment.
Pedro, I hope this information helps you make park reservations without any issues! Have a fantastic visit to the parks!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
