Welcome to planDisney, Dillon.
Thanks for stopping by with your question today. I’m more than happy to help you navigate the process of finding out the expiration date of your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket.
The first thing you’ll want to do is open up your
Disneyland Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and select “Tickets and Passes” from the options that appear. If you have not yet linked your ticket, then click on the link that says “Link Tickets & Passes” and follow through the steps to complete the process. Once your ticket is linked, you can head back to the Tickets & Passes main page to see your ticket, along with its expiration date. If you have any issues locating the expiration date, reach out for assistance from a friendly Cast Member by calling (714) 781-4636.
If you aren’t able to make your trip a reality before your ticket expires, not to worry! As stated in the
Disney eTicket Terms & Conditions, the value of any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (unless purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or greater value. You would have to pay for any increase in ticket pricing, but you would not necessarily lose out on the value of what you've already paid. That’s definitely reason enough to breathe a great, big, beautiful sigh of relief, isn’t it?
Be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all of the exciting news and updates on what you have to look forward to once you are able to visit the Disneyland Resort, and tune in to the
planDisney Podcast for all the best planning tips and advice for your trip.
Dillon, I hope this information puts your mind at ease. Please stop by planDisney again if we can be of further assistance.
Think happy thoughts,
Alyssa
