planDisney! Thanks so much for sending us your question about theme park tickets for the
Walt Disney World Resort.
I have good news! Since you have unused tickets that have likely expired, you can still use the price you paid for those tickets as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets.
To start the process, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and assign those tickets to guests in your party. Now you will be able to start planning your next
magical visit!
