Hi there, just had our tickets arrive for our upcomming trip. Looks like the cards have come pre assigned, (the child who is obsessed with space didn't get the mission space card) wondering if there is a way to change the card assignments online.

Hi, Chris! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Although I'm no Fairy Godmother, I'm hoping that I have an easy peasy solution for you.

The first thing I would recommend trying is what is known as a "Paperless Ticket Transfer" on My Disney Experience. As long as the tickets have not been used (and since you just received them, it sounds like they haven't been), then you should be able to reassign the ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list. Go to the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, locate the ticket you wish to reassign, and select the "Reassign Ticket." My friend, Anne Marie, just helped a Guest in a similar situation recently. If this doesn't work, try contacting the Internet Help Desk, and they may be able to reassign the cards. They can be reached at (407) 939-7765 option 4, from 7 am - 11 pm Eastern Standard Time.

I hope this helps, Chris! Please feel free to write back if there's anything else we can do. See ya' real soon!
