Hello Doreen!

Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you have a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth coming up during the holiday season. Enjoy festive and fun holiday treats, visit Santa Claus, and enjoy gorgeous decorations throughout both parks that are sure to put you in the holiday spirit! The most wonderful time of the year is extra magical at the Disneyland Resort.

Doreen, Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unfortunately, according to the ticket terms and conditions, (see #9) even if you use your ticket on a lower-tier day, you would not be able to receive a refund for the price difference. The only other option would be to save the higher-priced ticket for another day and purchase a new, lower-priced ticket for the day you wish to visit. If you went this option, know that in the future, the Tier 5 pricing could be higher and you might be required to pay the difference between your current ticket and the newly priced ticket.

In good news, a lower-tier day hopefully means lower crowds and shorter queues for you, Doreen! I hope you and your friends have a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort.
